Essential Information
To uphold the integrity, trust, and professionalism of the Glob Logistics Network (“Glob”), all participants are required to comply with the following standards:
1. Reputation Compliance
Companies must not appear on any blacklists, including those maintained by FDRS or any recognized local or international freight forwarding associations.
If negative findings or compliance issues are discovered, Glob reserves the right to disclose such information within its member network.
2. Membership Integrity
Should any connection to a competing logistics or freight-forwarding network be identified, Glob reserves the right to terminate the participant’s membership and event registration without refund. Additionally, Glob may inform other network owners, associations, and partners of the termination.
3. Financial Responsibility
Participating companies must not have outstanding payments or unresolved disputes exceeding 60 days with any freight forwarding partners. Such issues may affect your eligibility to attend or remain in the network.
4. Conflict of Interest Policy
Participants must not serve as owners, administrators, board members, or advisors of any other logistics or freight forwarding network/alliance, whether for-profit or non-profit.
This ensures neutrality and commitment within the Glob community.
By proceeding with registration and payment, the attendee acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined above.
While accommodation is not included in the summit registration, attendees can book their stay directly at the conference venue hotel for convenience and ease of access.

Taxi: A taxi ride from the airport to the hotel typically takes 38 minutes.
